Liqueur with a Mediterranean character, obtained from the infusion of the leaves of the noble laurel, an aromatic and medicinal plant widespread in the Mediterranean basin. The leaves are harvested between late October and November. Green in color and intense in flavor.

 

To be enjoyed with fatty meats, roast meats, bacon, marinades. Ideal with champagne and sparkling wines. Excellent digestive.
